Enhance the system to allow users to recursively add child or parent notes to an existing note based on related Jira issues. This feature should support traversing Jira issue relationships and automatically creating corresponding note hierarchies in the application. Users should be able to specify whether to add children, parents, or both, and the process should continue recursively according to the relationships in Jira.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Users can initiate recursive addition of children, parents, or both from a Jira issue.
  • The system fetches related issues from Jira and creates corresponding child/parent notes.
