Implement functionality that allows the creation and assignment of unique templates for different types of issues (e.g., bug, feature, improvement). This feature will enable users to define and use custom fields, structure, and default values tailored to the specific needs of each issue type, enhancing clarity and efficiency in issue reporting and management.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The system allows user to create and manage templates for each issue type.
  • When creating a new issue, the appropriate template is automatically applied based on the selected issue type.
  • Documentation is updated with instructions for creating, assigning, and editing templates by issue type.
